This weekend I went for an afternoon snack at Organic Caffé, in Estoril (inside Hotel Palácio’s Wellness Center). Vogue already had talked about this place, here and I was wishing to go there for some time. We were seemingly the only clients and, despite the winter’s breeze, it was nice outside, where we stayed in a comfy terrace with a fountain nearby. The menu includes several gluten and dairy-free options, with organic and biologic ingredients. I drank a delicious juice, called Refresh, with spinach, pineapple and mint and ate gluten free scones, with honey and mango jam. I thought the prices were a bit high, even considering the type and quality of the ingredients and the confection. They have breakfasts, small meals and snacks, as well as takeaway, which is very practical (delivery with orders superior to 25€)
The service was great and the snack was excellent and I hope that it becomes popular soon so that this isn’t another one of those spaces that vanishes due to lack of clients…. The location isn’t the best because it is a bit hidden inside the wellness center and the Hotel Palácio but, trust me, it is worth it going there on purpose.
Organic Caffe is located in Rua Particular, near the Hotel Palácio, in Estoril.
