With a degree in Journalism, and postgraduates in Telejournalism and Political Science, Paula Bollinger has known how to season her life (and those who follow it) with a lot of flavor. Today, she can say that she does what she loves the most: cooking and photography. In addition to specializing in gastronomic and male photography – she is the only photographer for Men’s Health magazine -, Paula Bollinger is the author of the “Entre Colheradas” blog, dedicated to everything she likes, from cooking recipes to tips on eating and sleeping, along with beauty, fashion and culture. Essentially gastronomic, as the name suggests, “Entre Colheradas” (beetween spoonfuls) was born of the author’s growing interest in cooking. In love with Portuguese pastry, this Brazilian born in Rio de Janeiro continues to discover in our country reasons to fall in love with life. In Lisbon, “city of surprises”, she discovers in every corner or street a different beauty.
